bmw e46 330i custom zhp muffler with headers
The stock zhp muffler becomes raspy after installing catless headers. This was my attempt to fix that. the muffler sounded restricted so I increased flow by making the internals "straight through". In addition I included an x pipe crossover in an attempt to increase scavenging. Since there is no crossover before the muffler I assumed it would increase flow in the top end since x pipes need a higher velocity to starts working. In result the exhaust is very civilized under 4k RPM and comes alive in the top end. This setup also has no drone and idle is quiet.

Perfect sound
the European trailers are better made
100%, they have better twist lock design and they use lift as well as steer axles. Plus having single tires is so much cheaper to maintain.
Can I personally message you, do you have instagram or anything like that? I want this exact sound or similar, I seen in the ending of the video, the first resonator is not there, can you please give more info, I’d really appreciate it.

So what is the reason for the slide bogey on this chassis if it holds the same size container? Weight transfer?
Yes, On this model of chassis it is only for transferring the weight of the load so that you're not overweight on certain axles. usually If your heavy on the trailer, you slide backwards. And If your heavy on the truck, you slide forwards. Some models also Have a fifth wheel at the back of the chassis to make it a lead B-train. These if not properly secured can be very dangerous as the secondary trailer will disconnect from the primary.

What’s your muffler?
Muffler is obx forza tuning originally for e36. My exhaust system is ebay headers - magnaflow resonated x pipe - megan racing bottle resonstors - forza tuning muffler.
anyone know which ebay or amazon headers fit the best with the least modifications for e46 330i?

Tachometer looks like it's from a 330d! Car sounds great. What type of 0-60, 1/4 mile time?
I never measured 1/4 mile but i was able to get a 5.7 sec 0-60 with good launch. Also gauge cluster looks different because there is a bimmian m3 style grey face overlay.
