My sleep paralysis is nothing like this. I'm always going through a strange yet familiar house and feel like something is following me the entire time. I can never see it but I always know it's close by. Then it eventually catches up to me, corners me, I know I'm trapped, I scream for it to get away from me and scream at myself to wake up because I know I'm dreaming, it's always the same dream, so I know I'm dreaming, most of the time I'm able to wake myself up by telling myself to wake up, but sometimes I can't wake myself up. I've always been lucky enough to have someone in my family physically wake me up at that point. They say I'm screaming for help in my sleep and having a bad dream. I worry that one time I'll be alone and there won't be someone there to wake me up. Then what? Will I finally come face to face with the the thing that is following me around this random house that I seem to always know? Sometimes there is other people in the house, sometimes some woman that I don't recognize is talking to me, I feel like I know her though, and she clearly knows me and is talking to me like we've known each other for years. Sometimes there's kids that I dont recognize but feel like i know them somehow and they are playing in the backyard and I see them through the window. It's always people that I feel like I know but I don't ever recognize them, I just feel like I know them somehow. It's so bizarre. It's the same yet different Everytime. The only thing that is always the same is that I know something there is following me and getting closer, and I can always feel it getting closer and closer to me as I roam around the house, then it always traps me but I still never see it. I hate thinking about it and this is the first time I've ever wrote about it... And probably the last.

A while ago i had very weird visions of flash with a vage apprearence of rooms in my home Ik what it was, but it really didn't look like anything Super weird

Had one incident with SP where I was conscious, unable to move, and facing the back of the couch. I was lying on my side and couldn’t see anything but could feel a presence behind me breathing in my ear. Another related incident I experienced was sitting up in my room on my gaming chair, playing xbox, then thinking I was hearing someone tapping on my window and hissing outside, I asked who was there and it just got louder then I woke-woke up in my chair, trying to scroll through my phone which was off. Third SP experience, I saw the “night hag” or khapasa or whatever it’s called. I was laying there unable to move again and it was staring at me. I saw hair like in the ring, grey skin, but couldn’t see anything past the long black hair, it felt like she had no face but was still watching me. I couldn’t really breath or do anything except force myself to start slowly turning my head away before I snapped myself out of it. A fourth would be when I slept over at my friends house, we were all around the room and when everyone stopped talking after a bit and I was the last one up, I thought everyone started staring at me. I was looking around asking what was wrong but no one would answer. Then the SP occurred when I woke up and I couldn’t move, this time on my stomach. It felt like a dense gargoyle was sitting on my back, the best I can explain the feeling, and it whispered in my ear, “I am the devil.” in a wicked deep voice and I awoke to see everyone else was sleeping. Fifth, I had a Russian doll dream. A dream where I kept “waking up” into another dream, each one more realistic than the last. I would wake up in my room and walk downstairs greeting my gram. Then I would notice something was off, either comedically or horrifically. A huge bowl of pudding or a demon in the corner, my gram slowly walking into a room that didn’t exist. In the dream I would notice, panic, wake up, and once I realized the pattern I thought I was trapped forever. However, thats when I realized I knew I was dreaming, and I was able to change my mood sort of in the dream and the dream just broke into nonsensical things, almost lucid and then I woke up normally. All in all, that was years ago. I find that I can theres a feeling in the air after the first time. You can feel it’s about to be one of those nights, about to happen, and prepare for it. Like I can turn towards the wall to ignore SP monsters if it does happen before sleeping or turn on background sounds. It also helps that I don’t wake up alone anymore.

Hey everyone, got a tip here for anyone that suffers from these disgusting things, I call it that because frankly it is truly demonic in nature. Many people keep forgetting that we live in the world where its domain is strictly controlled by Satan, he still has his minions which are the 1/3 of the angels which fell with him. So every paranormal event or encounter you have are demons. Demons personify and pretend to be these “ghosts” but they’re just Satans minions. I heard that these only occur due to a lack of bad sleep, meaning that you stay up during the night and fall asleep during the day. And the other way too. I’ve had these things happen to me 9 times in my life every single time it was disturbing and not something you should be proud of or relax in. I’m not here to convert anyone into another religion but what always works for me was I prayed, I prayed to jehovah god, to destroy these things and sounds and send them straight to Gehenna. And it always works. Jehovah is the only loving all mighty powerful being, he is always there for you. Never ever sleep up! Always sleep on your back. It’s a lot better. I always do this.

sounds in the beginning is what i hear when i got SP the "sshhhhhhhhhh" and "hmmmmm" sound was buzzing so many times in my ear, like sometimes i hear in the left ear and sometimes in the right, and the most scary part is this sound move inside to my head, its like i hear it but now i hear it from inside, WTH is that, this sound was going louder and louderrr and my ear can't take it, like my ear are going to explode cuz this shitty sound😢 i know this sound isn't real but still, it scare me😱 I can't explain it very well but this sound in the beginning was really accurate as hell

YES! Very close. This is I am positive what people that are “crazy” are talking about when they say the CIA has there brain attatched to a satellite. I had this particular type of paralysis for around six months when I moved my bed to a particular window. I am a psychic and I have involvement with certain groups in training. So I could have been targeted. I could see if it happened more often or if it started happening when I was awake I could easily have become one of those type of people. There is definitely some sort of transmission happening, who knows if it is targeted or intentional if it is even meant for humans to pick up. If it is alien or black ops, or just a result of electronics of some kind. It is a real thing it happens. This doesn’t do the horror of it Justice because it is literally being drilled into your skull feeling wise. And your whole body is being shaken by it and you feel like you have been put in a microwave afterwards. I am still looking for a legit version of the actual signal because it was consistent what I heard was near identical everytime. But this is why those poor crazy people start wrapping their skull in Tim foil. If I had other things happening and if I hadn’t had psychic and spiritual training I would have felt really frightened I still felt abused and violated by it. It’s brain mole es tay chun. If this is happening to you my only advice with this type of sleep paralysis is move your bed away from the windows. Or from white noise from electronics, that’s what fixed it. Also if your doing any type of energy work especially kundalinis or third eye stuff stop immediately. Other types of SP I recommend heavy investment in religion and prayer. Whatever religion connects you with the benevolence.

last night , I felt this presence descending like announcing itself with this noises , a heavy breath and some sort of roaring growling, and came down my body going thru it , making it tremble, so I started shaking to get it out of me and fighting it until i stand up. later the same night there was a sound of someone running up and down the stairs and opening doors and the paralysis again . Later in the day my ear started to open, like having small explosions
