Epic route and run. You both did fantastic, and Cristal is a hard charger! Wow! The video turn out excellent, and having seen Jeff's a year ago, is just as good. 32mi in the Canyon is gnarly, let alone climbing out via S.Kaibab. I started running there in 2015, doing R2R's with my then 16yr old daughter, and continue to return a couple times each year, sometimes shooting video for the channel. Love running there, and train year round for it, including cross-training on a ridiculously heavy, 47lb mountain bike that I put together, in order to develop my trail running fitness. Great job on the run and on the video, and that was boss-level, getting stung in the throat so early in the day, handling it, and continuing on.👊

Great video Josh! I wish I would’ve had this info when I did the 50. I probably would’ve cried less in my video. Haha Thanks for putting in the time to make this. It’ll be an asset for people testing themselves in the future. The only bad thing is now we’re going to have to increase our buckle budget. 😂
