You're actually fishing at the old electrical plant on Summit St. in Warren. The much older water plant was on the other side of the river where the concrete and block walls and base still exist (and are fished from). Cool video BTW!

i love fishing the Muskingum river. Live creek chub on a circle hook is the way to go for flatheads. also live bluegills fished around structure like log jams in deep outside bends.
