I'm pretty sure this is a 2015 nissan altima s cause I drive one and I had the same problem where the car wasn't starting and with the brake lights bieng on while driving having to tap them to get it to turn off, there's 2 or 3 relay switchs one in the break pedal where it was warn out completely where the main problem actually was in these cars and the other one in the box where you can see some ware after putting in relay switchs in car was driving alot better no issues anymore

Can you please help my driver side is hot and my passenger side is cold it's the same if I use any other do frogs with stay one side hot and the other side cold same thing with the feet it's just the driver's side says hot turn the passengers stays cold

Has anyone figured out what part this is? I need this part. I've had my battery tested alternator starter.... I've ran my car with the negative cable unhooked. Everything is all good, so I just changed the brake light switch in my 2015 Nissan Altima yesterday. My vehicle is doing all the same things - was sure the aforementioned part would fix it..... and much as my life goes, it certainly did not LOL if I can find this part, this is my next attempt. Did anybody figure out which one it is? Part number.... parts store? 😅

Thank you for a great video, I know that is very hard having the camera and trying to install the part with one hand, 👏👏👏 You just confirm the this actuator isn't working on my wifes car , she was complaining the driver side just blow cold air and the rest of the car hot air, my next move is going to remplace the part and the radiator cup I noticed the was broken. Thank to my wife the she mentioned that is not blowing hot air.. Once again thank you for the great educational video..

Thank you so much! I didn’t put a magnet there but I pressed down on the blue thing and the other colorful things around it, wiggled some wires and my car started. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!! Wish I'd have found this video first. Did the first one taking out both bolts, but then saw this. Taking out one bolt and just flipping up the caliper on the other 3 saved me a ton of time.

Thanks to you I now know how to remove that style relay. The fatter relays I knew, but that skinny blue relay had me stumped 😂😂😂

Uppon further inspection I have come to know that someone completely removed the entire driver side temp door actuator assemby including the wireing... the only thing left there is the white part that you screw the part onto... the arm is gone the thing the arm hooks onto is gone... now what am i supposed to do

It's the resistor. Pull it out, disconnect, flip it over, use some cleaner and an old toothbrush to clean if the resistor terminals.. good to go.. ive fixed about 50 of them just by doing this, not once has the motor needed replacement

Hello, I'm having a very similar problem with my 2013 nissan maxima. My break pedal seems to be locked in place, so I can't push the break pedal down to start the car. If the break light switch and the relay don't fix the problem, what else can it possibly be?
