Sure have been slain and I've come to LOVE it! No pain is fun while it's happening but joy comes in the morning. Getting really familiar with 2 Corinthians 7:10 helped me learn to navigate it when it happens. So grateful for your evident obedience to our Lord, brother!

Hebrews also has this same verse. Yet the word is often mistranslated but should say Hate Lawelessness…. = KEEP TEN COMMANDMENTS and that we receive the OIL of Gladness. Hence the 5 Virgins are FILLED with COVENANT KEEPING OIL. The Ten Commandments are not works as preachers like to accuse…. Thou shalt not is not THOU SHALL DO. Think on this please. What’s the result of doing it? - and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. The Jews did it. Look at the 8th Chapter of Acts, verse 4, “Therefore they that were scattered abroad went everywhere preaching the Word.” Verse 5 “Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them.” Verse 12, “But when they believed Phillip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.” 14. Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John: 15. Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost: 16. (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.) Acts 8:14-16. In Acts 2, the Jews did it. In Acts 8, the half Jews did it. In Acts 10, the Gentiles did it and in Acts 19, the Baptist folks did it. They all did it because God said that’s the only way to do it. Of the 66 books in the entire Bible, there’s only one that don’t fit in with any of the groups. That book is the book of Acts, because the book of Acts is the only book in the Bible that tells you how to get save. And, until Jesus Christ returns in the clouds to call his church away “1st Peter 2:9-10,” this gospel is to be preached by us to every nation and is still in force today till that great getting up morning when the dead in Christ shall rise first, we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air, so shall we ever be with the lover of our souls. Will you be saved today, according to the Holy Scriptures? Acts 2:38 KJV is still in force today till God’s body, “the Bride of Christ is completed.”

SALVATION OBTAINED All that Jesus did for mankind at Calvary is summed up in a statement by Jesus Himself after His resurrection; “Thus it is written , and thus it behooved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day; and that REPENTANCE and REMISSION of sins should be preached in HIS NAME among ALL NATIONS (not just Jews), beginning at Jerusalem” (Luke 24:46, 47). Note that Calvary made possible a “universal plan of salvation” for the NATIONS (Gentiles); that repentance and remission of sins was to be preached in HIS (Jesus) NAME; that it was to have its beginning at Jerusalem. Let us go to it’s “ starting point” (beginning at Jerusalem) and see how “salvation was obtained”. At Pentecost, after Peter’s stinging indictment, accusing the nation of Israel of the crucifixion of Christ (Acts 2:22-24) he was asked by those who where guilty, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?” Then Peter said unto them, “Repent and be baptized everyone of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost”. (Acts 2:37, 38). The response of Peter, by the power of the Holy Ghost to the Jews first, is still in force this day, till the TRUMP of God sounds to call his beloved “1st Peter 2:9-10” up, to meet the Lord in the air. I've been listening for about a year and blessed every time. So far, I have been going into 4 years of refining and being trained to run with the horses! He first brought that verse to me at the onset of this journey. It's really hard right now, but I prayed and asked our Lord to give me the right words to say thank you for taking the time to post all of the encouragement. What if the evil people can attack you remotely in your home?!! They have military weapons?!!! I need help!!! I’ve already been attacked multiple times. They made me smell evil things and shrink my private parts and gave me electric shocks in the head and hacked my gmail. I’ve been sent to the hospital multiple times and that’s when they attack full throttle!!!!
