Susie has the vocal chops, it's about blending. The cast of wicked is always important part of the show, backup singing is what adds the final touch to the show.

With the exception of Susan Egan, if you listen to some of the younger Belles, you can hear the difference between Andrea who was in her mid-30s and some in their mid-20s. The maturity (tho perhaps subjective) in expression is remarkably different and Andrea understands the depth of the lyrics... this is so refreshing!

I believe Carnegie Hall+ is a somewhat new service and they add new concerts/performances from years past each month. Since Laura's Sound of Music concert was performed there, I sent them a message requesting they add the it to the Carnegie Hall+ service.
