There's a lot of material wasted in this video. Surely this is not how they are produced in volume. It seems that lost wax casting would be just as accurate and much faster. I'm not just a machinist, I studied mechanical engineering also. I would never set up a factory floor to produce these clamps in this manner. I'm inclined to believe that you did this just to make a interesting video to sell your product.

Thank you for your question! The smallest diameter you can use 40 bar minimal pressure with is Ø 1 mm. From diameter 2 mm and above you can go up to 30 bar minimum pressure.

What is the name of the type of drill and can it be drilled in titanium?

The name of the product is CrazyDrill Cool Titanium, but depending on the grade of titanium you need to drill you can find two versions of this family: CrazyDrill Cool Titanium ATC for drilling alloyed titanium and CrazyDrill Cool Titanium PTC for drilling pure titanium.
