This thing is ugly as hell to me, literally in every way. The shape of the blade, the milling on the blade and the handle pattern, the weird spine hump where I guess your thumb goes in a saber grip, that cheap ass pocket clip… it’s like it was designed by AI and the only input was “make sure it’s ugly but understated.” Haha. I can’t even pretend with this one. Thanks for the look though!

I always mix those two up, and it was just an unboxing! I’ll give my full thoughts in a few weeks!
@814edc No sweat man, yes an unboxing sounds more accurate.
How's it holding up? I'm on the fence on buying the knife in the double edge of a Cobratec Enforcer, only reason I haven't pulled the trigger on the Kershaw is a lot of people seemed to have spring snapping and failure to deployment not to mention blade play, how is it for you and what do you say?
I ended up selling mine shortly after this review to chase other knives so I unfortunately don’t have a lot of of experience with it long term! During my time with it though, I really enjoyed it & if I ever add an OTF to my collection again, it’ll probably be a Livewire!

Carried my aluminum cross bar lock Raccoon yesterday, and today am carrying the Spyderco CruCarta PM2, and a Micarta Chaves T.A.K.
Kershaw is switching to the MagnaCut steel. I just got my livewire in MagnaCut
Is it normal to have the black spots come thru in the micarta? Mine has like dark black spots on it. Thoughts?
I’m not 100% sure! I don’t think I’ve experienced that issue before with the micarta!

I picked up the ABW button lock Model 1 with the electric blue fat carbon inlay at Blade Show and its an absolutely beautiful knife.

I got me one for 73.-, excited to see how it is. I'm a noob when it comes to knives so i have to ask, do you think the Drop Bear Hardware (Screws) will fit this knife too?
I’m not sure! I feel like the scales on the drop bear might be thicker than these!

Just bought my third Asher in one week, so I guess I kinda like em. 😂 They’re incredibly good designs, imo. The Ti Douglas is definitely on “to get” list now. 👍

I recently got 2 Delicas (VG-10 & S30V) and they have changed my whole opinion on lockbacks. In fact, I liked them so much that I sold my Para 3 afterwards haha. I really like the Lynch scales, but I wish they made a Mod 3 version without the speed holes. The holes are the only thing holding me back from buying them because they sort of look tacky imo.
I completely get your thoughts on the holes, but I’d still really consider them with how much they complete the knife!
