I don't know what I'm doing. I always felt fear when I saw others walk forward and bettering themselves, trying to also walk forward but never being able to being better always continuing to be mediocre on what I did and was. Today this is worse, I found a dream of mine and I think I'm trying the best I can with how my mind is, but it's the same as before even worse than before. I'm putting my soul in trying bettering myself and progress in who I am, but I hadn't move at all, I was stuck and now I'm going backwards I'm becoming worse in what I do, in what I am. And all that while having to see everyone around me being able to proceed, gaining everything I'm killing myself of to have a drop of, I think there's something wrong in my core since birth, that's stuck with me no matter how hard I try get rid of it or maybe I just aint trying enough or I wasn't born to do what I love, what I dream of. All I won and have right now I've obtained without any effort, just with what's innate in me and ironically enough everything I put myself to do with effort ends up being a failure. All my efforts don't have any result, even with the people around me saying otherwise I don't see any progress, I even feel bad for having someone who's clearly in a better position than I saying that I can do it, they're not me, they don't have to work with the horrible raw materials that my capabilities and body are. I'm still young, just became 17 in august, but I already have the wish to come back in time and start in everything I love now since birth, to maybe be somewhat good in what I love. I have to thank you for the video and everyone that also put their hearts here in the comments, this worked as a meditation for me. Love you all

I recently started high school (pfp is me when I was 10). I go to a different high school than all my friends because I received an academic full ride scholarship to a private school. But, I feel like not me any more if you get what I'm saying. It's like I'm drifting apart from myself and becoming someone who is more quiet and lonely at my school. I still hangout with my friends after school and such but I don't know how to get rid of this feeling. In a way, im starting to feel empty and not myself, kind of like derealization.
