Hi the exhaust can be cut to a desired length. It can go in a different place under the van if you require. Most people use the wind deflector skirt on the side of the van to stop wind or fumes going inside the awning. Depending on the direction of the wind I would imagine anywhere you put the exhaust under the van there could be an issue with fumes if you don’t have the wind deflector skirt protecting the awning.

It’s not going to, the air is separate to the exhaust and the heated air is taken from inside the vehicle. I don’t think you understand how this installation works.

Hi Mathew the box is not sound deadened or insulated. The unit is very quiet inside when running. Like and heater you can hear them slightly more when standing outside when the are running. Kind regards Darrell

Hi Mathew it was a while ago since the installation but I believe there was no specific drain hole as such but either 1or 2 small slits at the ends where you see the inlet and outlet ducting pipes. I hope this has helped. Kind regards Darrell

Hi call Autoterm but if you have a T5 you shouldn’t need one as the plastic under guard should have been refitted to protect the heater when installed. If it’s been installed externally under the drivers seat that is. Kind regards Darrell
