I fish it exactly like this. My favourite of all in guillie suit colour. The yum dinger is by far the best stick bait/senko style bait in my opinion.LOVE it.

I have the exact same rod also in green. LOVE the rod. I fish it more than my Shimano rods as i like the 7 foot rod a bit more. The only issue i have is that the grips become a bit slippery when wet bit that can also be because i use it all the time. I have it paired with a Piscifun Phantom baitcaster in green and black. Looks amazing as a combo.

I love the Loomis and Franklin spinning reels. I bought my so a Delta 3000 for Christmas and he fishes it all the time paired with a Shimano Scimitar m/heave rod. I bought a Loomis and Franklin Perfexion 6'6 m/heavy casting rod around 2008 and it is still my favourite rod of all! Enjoy it even more than all my Shimano casting rods, including the Curado m/heavy. I also like the Mcarthy baits. They work just as good as baits twice the price. Here in Ladysmith we do not have a big variety of baits to choose from so Damiki and Mcarthur is the go to at much cheaper than Zoom baits fir example. Stunning channel.

Really nice rod in the hands. However my first one, the insert of the tip popped out on second cast and the second tip section was already cracked on the insert. Not sure what range is used on this rod, but appears to be problematic.

I have the Okuma Lite SX in 6’6. It is a spectacular rod for power BFS and finesse applications. From experience, with the right reel it will cast down to 2g well and handle larger fish with ease. This rod offers exceptional performance.
