@@KaytFielding nah really?! I couldn’t tell. This was my first ride back in over 3 weeks and my horse couldn’t decide to either trot or canter. I know how to ride babe
@@Olivia_moosie then look it, even if it was ur first ride in a while you should still lean back, you also should've TOLD ur horse wether to trot or canter, it's all entirely ur fault

I would recommend you put your feet in front of you more and put your heels down, Also glad you rode bitless and hope your ok after that fall ❤❤

That fall looked tough! Hope you’re ok! Not trying to be that person but for trotting try pushing on his withers kinda where the horn goes in a western saddle and try posting when you trot it makes it so much easier trust me!❤
@@Crazy_Cali-14 I typically ride really good bareaback and jumping. Usually don’t need to grab even the mane but this was my first ride in over 3 weeks

I did that on sunday and he did a full on gallop and i nearly fell off and was holding on for my dear life (i was holding the saddle) he bolted straight to mum luckily and then i calmed him down
Hahaha, sounds fun but scary. I took of my bitless “bridle” right after this and had absolutely nothing not even a neck rope and did a jump plus canter around the arena and my pony went straight to my mom too lol
