Didn’t get the question completely. You mean you want to pay Masters debt off while doing a PhD? It’s possible. I have many friends who have done this. May not be as fast as doing a job, but definitely possible.

It highly depends on how the other circumstances are. Nothing is late though :)
Can we find single person accomodations, Like PG Hostels in India. affordable & everything available.I dont prefer to share any rooms with anyone. But want all facilities aswell
Can find. Studio apartments. But hardly affordable for a student. Although people rent them. But other areas need to be compromised accordingly.
Hard to find in affordable range.
Is stipend sufficient to cover University fees and living expensive there in USA?
Stipend should cover if there is a tuition waiver.

Yes, you can. However, please keep in mind that the hostels are super expensive and usually very small accomodations.

What is the duration of phd in usa....can it be completed in 3 years?
Totally depends on the supervisor and the field of study. 3 years might be too optimistic though. Avg time is ~5 years.

During PhD, Can we bring our parents to US? what will be the visa formality?
Mohit, parents can only come on B1/B2 visa that is visitor visa. They can only stay 6 months at a stretch. This is one of the main issues with immigration to America. A video on this will be posted soon.

Hello, the process is the same. GRE + TOEFL first and then applications based on profile. I have seen a lot of people doing PhD without research background. Agreed that it's hard to get into some colleges. But that's what you need to worry after overcoming first barrier. I can help on this, if needed.
