    This is a beverage for a slow diabetic creep so that by age 40 you are on insulin. Obviously this beverage is just one of many things that y’all eat that will lead to poorer health. Sugar is not good for human bodies.

    I use basil seeds in drinks and like chia seed it forms a bit of a gel as it expands. Can I make this drink without the sugar or will it just taste horrible?

    I made this cake, it was really very easy and absolutely delicious. I put 4 teaspoon of baking powder, and used all the crushed pineapple in the tin and 6 to 7 table spoon of pineapple juice. I used regular All purpose flour, the cake turned out lovely.

    My favorite is two table spoons of rose water 1 sugar and milk( no not skim milk cause you need the fat ) warm it up and it makes a nice winter drink

    If the rose water don't taste good by not add fresh fruit to the mix instead of adding sugar. For me if your wanting a more healthy version, adding sugar in any way is defeating the purpose.

    Your written recipe doesn't mention crushed pineapple in the ingredients. It only mentions the juice. I see you adding crushed pineapple in the video, too, but you don't mention exactly how much there, either?
