Life can sometimes feel overwhelming-work, parenting, and the constant pressure to do more. Add self-doubt into the mix, and it’s easy to lose sight of yourself.
The chaos of daily life is often fueled by old stories that keep us small- Stories of perfectionism, fear and comparison.
But I’ve recently come to realize that to let go of these old narratives, you need to step into the discomfort of creating something new. And this can be frigging hard.
For me, nature is where the reset happens-a place where the noise fades.
