can you tell me more about the brushes and things used to remove the excess wax after it has dried?
Great presentation! Kudos and going above and beyond to provide information about your products & how to best use them. As a beginner trying to get into x-country skiing & learning about which brands to use and how to use things most brands leave the customers hanging and give vague tips & suggestions at best. This presentation (along with other information presented from Zach from caldwell sports) made me buy into your glide wax system with the powder, liquids & different brushes. Looking forward to trying it out for myself.

The Digital Waxing Iron STAR complies with the safety standards guaranteed by the CE marking! From the video it is not possible to see it but the triac used is a BTA12-600C isolated up to 2500 Volt.
What's ideal RPM on drill for wool roller? My cordless drill maxes out at ~1,600 RPM. Is that adequate or do you see better results from higher RPMs?
~1,600 RPM speed is sufficient for a good application. Higher speed could improve performance but not significantly .
How long does this last?
Durability of product depends on the kind of snow and on application method used! I can say that on cleaned skis with the application shown in the video using the wool roller you can run at least 20 Km. Applying product two times can improve durability. If you are preparing skis with Next powder racing wax ( www.starskiwax.com/next-racing-line/next-powder-race-wax/ ) as base and using Next Liquid as top layer you can run 40-50 km with a lot of satisfaction !
Iron temperature?
Wait few minutes for products to completely dry. It will leave a white film. Then 100/120 C° Is enough.
