You are right on, that harmony makes the hair on the back of my neck stand on end. Chris Thile is a master of the mandolin, his ability to draw sounds from the instrument are nothing short of incredible, best illustrated by his solo @ 6:38.

Unfortunately this is all the footage I got that night, but I might have footage from other encores in the same venue during T-ride Bluegrass that I'll see if I can dig up.
