i am listening to this interview and what really resonated now is the situation " I made him stay, but that is not the reason to be mean to me" and Christi's reaction "should i tell her?". i am working hard to keep my relationship and my partner from not leaving, as i find it the easiest way to just throw everything under the train and leave, and i believe you have to work it through. my partner is saying that i am forcing him to stay, but i just deeply believe that i am mirroring him traumas he doesn't want to see and work on, so he is also being incredibly mean to me in the process.. mean and avoidant, but i don't want to give up on us. anyway, really cool podcast! love the part of detaching from a toxic family, i did just exactly the same and it feels great.

This is beautiful Kay, and I felt very similar to this person at his age. Somewhere I came across the term “old soul” and that helped me through the follow decades as they unfolded. I want to scoop up all these young ones and tell them they how important they are and how it will become more clear as they find their way.

What a beautiful conversation with two very beautiful souls. It touches my heart with so much importance to witness young people find their voice, their dialoge, their language and the confidence to speak from this place of wisdom.

this was very inspiring for me for me, thank you. I am realizing after listening, that at 58, I have essentially stopped living, that I have been biding my time and not engaging in anything anymore. Or thinking I have arrived when that just means that I have given up on continuing to be curious about my inner landscape. So many questions now arising. Thank you

another great takeaway for me, from Kay on the subject of taking risks... "...Once you become comfortable with being on the edge like that, there's very few things that you won't explore..." (paraphrased).

Lexi's exuberance is contagious. Having not been raised in a home with a staunch specific religious indoctrination, it was interesting to hear her speak about her experience under the constraints of religious dogma and just how much it controls and suffocates the individual. I celebrate her tenacity for freedom and to follow her own heart's intelligence. Powerful!

Ooh, I really love this segment. Jillian is so very real for me. The word 'Real' is the highest compliment I could ever give or receive. Also, after watching quite a few of these, I've noticed how our host is seemingly able to adjust and connect energetically with her guests. Great stuff!
