I enjoyed this video immensely. Your iron story made me giggle. I have a friend who threw a toaster out into the snow. It was a gift from her son on Mother's Day! He was a teenager.😂 May I ask about the beautiful bag in which your Liberty Rose exchange piece resides? I will be ordering Liberty Rose as well for family in the UK. I’ve just started my first cross stitch piece, I’ve been following nichol sphor and of course yourself now and you have both inspired me to give it a try. Hope it’s okay to ask a question on here but do we have any where in the uk that sells patterns similar to the American patterns ie like vintage style? Your anniversaries of the heart is super! Don't think I will be joining. I am working on a year at hawk run hollow and am afraid I will get behind. Happy New Year Nicola! It is 9:45pm on New Year’s Eve here in Oklahoma. I am in my pajamas finishing the 2024 Cottage Temperature Cross Stitch from Fat Quarter Shop. I can’t believe I will actually finish it tonight. I received the Oliso Project Iron from my husband. I was so happy to get it. Now I want the big one. My old iron suddenly seems like old junk. 😂

This is my first time seeing you. I always stitch alone, so I loved that you just talked like we were sitting at the kitchen table. I live on the Eastern Shore of Virginia, which is quite rural. I am started a few new projects to celebrate New Year's Eve. I spent 3 hours on A Joyful Christmas. Now I have started a 3 part fund raiser for all the people who were victims of Hurricane Helene: "Go, Tell it on the Mountain, Over the hills and everywhere, That Jesus Christ is born". It is an old spiritual. I may start another, but I'm running our of steam. My Blessing Sampler is Mary Ann Groom fron Hands Across the Sea. I hope you have a wonderful New Year!

Your video was a wonderful way to end the year. I am doing a little stitching now and even though I’m a night owl, I do want to get to bed earlier tonight. I’m leaving at 4:30 AM tomorrow to go to the Rose Bowl Parade. I am in Southern California but will be moving to Idaho so this is my last New Year’s Day hurrah. I’ve been before but never sat in the bleachers to hear the commentary as the floats go by. I’m very excited about everything except the early time! That is the cutest iron I have ever seen. What a great gift. Please let us know how you like it when you start using it. Last night I was up til midnight for no other reason than I just wasn't tired. Tonight I'm wondering if I'll make it til 10:00. 😀 Tomorrow I was supposed to go to a family New Years Day get together but it got called off this morning because of some kind of bug that the host and or hostess caught. So tomorrow, the 1st, I'll work on my New Years New start which will be Beautiful things by Lindy Stitches. I am stitching this for my daughter who is on her third cancer.
