ALWAYS ASK IF THE TRANNY FLUID WAS CHANGED AND ASK FOR RECORDS. WAS CATALYTIC CONVERTER EVER REPLACED IF SO RUN. THAT CAR HAD AN OIL BURNING PROBLEM OR HAD A HEAD GASKET PROBLEM. IF THE PISTON RINGS WERE NOT REPLACED OR HEAD GASKET WAS NOT REPLACED IT WILL NEED ANOTHER CATALYTIC CONVERTER EVENTUALLY. ASK TO SEE FRONT AND BACK OF TITLE IF IT SHOWS IT WAS BOUGHT FROM COPART OR IAAI OR FROM A BODY SHOP DO NOT BUY THE CAR. IT'S A REBUILT OR SALVAGE TITLE. DEALER MAY TELL YOU ITS A CLEAN TITLE BECAUSE DMV HAS NOT BRANDED IT YET. DO NOT BUY IT. WHEN AN INSURANCE CO TOTALS A CAR IT GETS SOLD FROM COPART OR IAAI. DO NOT BUY FROM DEALERS.
