I’m still trying to get up and hold it from the top and where I work the pool spins this is very helpful though and I think my shoes are too tall as well like it’s so much easier just like with no shoes or sneakers on but I can’t wear that at the club lol

What pole is this? Where did you purchase?
This is a Lupit pole, I purchased on their website but I also have a video with other pole brands and options ✨
I've had a pole for two days and all I've gotten is bruises from trying to climb. 😂 I can barely hold myself up at allllllll. This was a helpful video though!
Climbing takes a lot of prep work. I'll make a video on how to build upper body strength for climbs ✨
@@emmajewel thankss for saying this, i thoguth i´m the only one who can´t pull herself up :-( . Is it normal that i get thick hurting fingers from grabbing the pole thight ? I´m just starting but i always do only a few attempts.
That fan is gonna not gonna be able to move or us it a little far away frome the fan?
This was far away enough from the fan to allow me to move. And I never turned it on. Luckily, I have a different set up now where my pole isn't near a fan

How long have you had the pole? Sometimes if it's not fully broken in it could be more slippery
does the pulling hurt ur shoulder?
It shouldn't, you may feel a light stretch. But if you engage your shoulders and back you shouldn't feel any pain
Is there a setting where you can make the pole not move?
Yes!! Most newer poles have the option to change from spin pole to static

How can I learn
Find a local studio and sign up for classes or you can get a pole and do online lessons/tutorials
I learned from UA-cam during quarantine. Bought a $100 home pole (make sure it fits your ceiling height)
I will assist you with Massaging/rubbing all that needs Special Attention!💯💪😁🎯💚
