I'm trying to be strong even though nobody wants to listen. I don't know what to do anymore. I came from a broken family. My love life is a mess because of trust issues. My dad broke my trust when I was a kid so it affected my mental health until adulthood. Growing up in a broken family is not easy. They say, it's ok but deep inside it's not ok esp if you have a lot of mental traumas. I don't know how to fix myself anymore. My boyfriend keeps telling me not to be toxic or a negative thinker. We almost broke up because of my mindset. I'm trying to tell my problem but it seems nobody wants to listen so I'll stop expressing myself. My boyfriend has mental health too and has a lot of stress at work since he's running a business. And I don't want to affect his mental health anymore. I'm just praying to God to let me rest and peace once I turn 30s or 33 so that I won't be stressed to anyone else.
