If you find yourself unable to run the command bcdboot c:\windows because you are locked out with BITLOCKER, do the following; 1)Kindly boot the computer up using HIREN bootCD. 2)Find your BitLocker key stored in your Microsoft account or under your azure profile. 3)Unlock the C Drive bitlocker user your key in no.2 above. 4)Open command prompt with admin rights. 5)Change the directory from X:\(hiren default) to C:\ and then run the command:bcdboot c:\windows Restart the computer and all is done.
