I reflected on how i am rejecting and abandoning myself and i unlocked a huge denial of my own power, that comes from my mother because shes scared of my power so she denies it and i do the same thing. so now ive found this i can start opening my heart to myself and loving myself in my power.

what if a person has a problem communicating and dont really know how or what say

there’s a difference from commitment to attachment. also growth doesn’t only arrive from pain. sometimes one person does the work and the other gets lost, sometimes the most loving thing to do is to let go rather than try to change the other person. you can also change yourself and then see more clearly that the connection is not meant to connection. dysregulation is not love either

Yes... I want to be completely honest with you. I'm not even sure what Twin Flames are anymore. TFAS has confused me to the point that I doubt that the person I was with ever loved me. She said multiple times that she doesn't want to be with me. I healed my part and then she said she loves me, but then she said she doesn't want it again. Only confused me and hurt me even more. I don't want to give up on the only real love I have experienced. But I don't know what TFAS is teaching about Twin Flames and if I should keep praying for my greatest dream.
