I’m 23 and i understand what you mean anxiety is literally the devil it steals your joy and peace in life and it’s not just easy to get over it’s very hard I suffer with it everyday to the point where I get stomach cramps everyday before work stuff I used to enjoy as a kid I don’t enjoy now can’t even go to a restaurant without anxiety
