At this point one frame rail is in the car. I had a huge amount of trouble getting it welded in. Obvious by the structural booger welds. The old welder I was using has trouble staying in calibration. Add in enclosed space and unreliable calibration made this weld mostly trial and error, until I found a decent setting to run a bead. My main goal was trying to weld it solid both inside and outside, while using weld through primer wherever possible.
