During our 7-Day Caribbean Cruise on the Norwegian Escape, we stopped at the beautiful Great Stirrup Cay, Norwegian Cruise Line's private island in the Bahamas. Folks my comments are of a negative nature, but sincerely wish you’d consider them as CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. We didn’t see the resort, PDC, Cozumel, (pronounced ‘coe-sue-MAIL) Chichen Itza !! Instead we saw only you two ?! Great footage of you two for YOUR memories, but others want their own holiday. Finally we got some footage of the cenote (pronounce say-NO-tay) without you guys in the picture full time. If you two video on future holidays, STAY OUT of the video. Eg show others the resort ! PDC ! The ferry ! The ruins ! Etc etc. And more… The booger in the pool ?! Where did it go? Into the pool it appears !! Disgusting ?! Did we need to know about the toe surgery ?! Also disgusting. Stay away from all the negativity. Eg. ‘The pool’s too warm. Somebody pissed in it.’ Instead of a positive comment such as ‘I prefer a cooler pool’. Much preferable comment. I speculate you would appreciate gaining more followers, but the above noted items will not promote a following. You need to do better. Less of you two and more positive comments. Best of luck in future. When I see you next at the silent dance party, I expect to see see you two shagging. (If they still do that in the Carolinas !)
Thank you for taking the time to write this comment! We are still very new to this and definitely have room for lots of improvement! One of the main reasons we started our channel was to have a memory capsule of videos for ourselves/family and friends to look back on our adventures. However, we try not to let filming get in the way of enjoying the moment and often times find ourselves forgetting to capture some of the more interesting b-roll like footage you mentioned. It is definitely something we want to improve on!
What tour did you book? Like what company. Staying at same resort in a few months. Do you feel it was worth the long drive to get there? Can’t decided on Tulum or this one.
We booked through Viator by TripAdvisor. The exact tour is linked in the description. It was a wonderful excursion with really great guides. We really enjoyed the resort as well, however it was our first time in Mexico so we don’t have anything else to compare it to. We knew we didn’t want to stay in Cancun and it was closer to Playa del Carmen which was a highlight for us. The long drive from the airport wasn’t bad at all, we booked a private transfer and it was a very roomy and comfortable van which made the drive nice.

So there is a tram that goes to town..At the grand Rivera princess.. I called the hotel and someone told me no! Just taxi’s good to know!!! How was tram experience??
The tram is just to get around the resort property, it’s a fairly large resort so the tram does loops every 10-15 minutes around. The only way downtown Playa del Carmen is by taxi or private transfer. We took a taxi and got our drivers info so we could call him and have him pick us up. I wish I kept his contact because he was great! But the hotel will set you up with a taxi and just ask the driver if they can also pick you up.

My wife and I along with 9 other couples are sailing on Bliss to Alaska this coming last week of August. Wife and I are celebrating our 37th anniversary for trip. Really looking forward to it. Currently looking at excursions. Just booked a helicopter trip out of Juneau stop into mountains to a glacier to go Dog Sledding. Again thanks for the video!

I hope you guys have the most wonderful time, we highly recommend the White Pass Railway excursion in Skagway if that is one of your stops! We really wanted to go dog sledding but weren’t quite in season for it so definitely adding it to our bucket list for the next time we visit!
Can. You get good view of glacier from the ship?
We couldn’t see Mendenhall from the ship, it was about a 15-20 minute bus ride away but totally worth it!
