OK solved the morse code, I believe it says "INITIATINGAIPROJECTABLIXA" or "initiating AI Project Ablixa, though I'm not sure how confident I am about that last word because the frame rate got weird and it was harder to read it but my guess is its somehow related to the whole putting matter into a machine thing from my previous comment, still no idea what the thing on the bottom left means and I really don't care to solve it, other than that that's all the secrets I could get. The static at 0:51 might mean something but I don't see any method of taking a bunch of symbol spam, since I didn't see any other kind of cipher.

My attempt to decode this level for the hell of it pt 1: At 1:08 I plugged the number sequence on the left into a 1AZ26 cipher and got "Caesar Shift" the bottom right morse translates to "USEMORSECODE" which I assume is for the circle to the left of it but frankly I don't have the patience for that. The thing on the bottom left terrifies me because there's a chance it might not be randomized and is an actual message. I hope not. The 3 circles in the middle could indicate different codes for different level seeds which could be an issue since the update is getting rid of randomized seeds but I haven't been able to test the level out yet to check (Just looked at linky's video, none of the circles are lit and it just says encryption failed, restarting, turns out no other recording I could find has it).
