BEWARE OF ORANGE EV! Plant Manager drew a picture of a subordinate's private parts in retaliation to hearing subordinate's wife's s*xual harassment statement of a coworker. The head of HR tells employees that the company is a dictatorship not a democracy. There's no union and mandatory 50 hours a week. Yet owners claim to be a "progressive" company. No accurate work instructions for years. Too many people have job security because of it. Also making it harder for new employees to learn. The CI team (continuous inprovement) is a joke. You cant ever find them and they dont improve anything, just leave messes for others to clean up. When you get hired on they claim big bonuses every year around August. Last year (2023) majority of employees only got a 10-20 cent raise. They offer a gift card bonus for employees who carpool. But it's a scam. They take it out of your paycheck and put it back in so they can add it to your gross income. Constant new rotating employees in the office but never new employess on the floor. No heat for production in negative degree weather, but the newly built offices had heat and a/c installed before office workers even moved in. Massive miscommunication between management. Production slowed down 30% because operations still are a complete mess almost a year after moving to a larger location. They wait to implement safety measures only after someone gets injured. For several months multiple stations were powered off of multiple connecting extention cords all connected to one outlet. DO NOT WORK HERE!

I've been running yard trucks since 2012 and I'm telling you now i love the new EV trucks and the first gen Kalmar body style they use is great, and I'm not no small guy but when they upgrade to the new Kalmar T2 body style (which they already have) with bigger cab and windows and doors it will be the Cadillac of yard trucks, because the T2 was designed by drivers and not just engineers so a lot of complaints from drivers were addressed and implicated into the T2 model so when they pushing out them T2 electric Kalmar trucks out i believe they will sell as long as the price is right

Good evening. I just wanted to let you know I work for this company. It's idea came from an ex Ford engineer who wants to make a difference with zero emissions for climate change. Based on the charger and color on handle it's a standard charger. The company is located in Kansas City Kansas. We just moved to a new 440,000 square foot facility. Production numbers are climbing rapidly.
