The only thing better than these Crispy Pork Belly Tacos "Al Pastor" with Tangy Slaw and Scratch Made Guacamole was the view while eating them! There is! But after breaking a few my wife decided a wood plate is probably a better idea. Check out some of the other videos and I have a ceramic plate with me!
I can't cook meat without washing my hands like 15 times so that wouldn't be me.
Luckily there was a River, and sometimes it's worth it to get a little dirty!
Fun Fact: There is no such thing as "too much cheese".
