I have a good video idea for you that something I need help with and lots of other players need help with too, make a video on how to always be consistent every time you play because some days I’m really on and can’t miss and other days your just not hitting the shots your suppose to hit

You two have been looking really good together. Ben and Collins in games after this seem like they have lost interest in playing. Some times they keep their paddles down instead of at the ready and just generally seem slower. Jack Sock as well seems to bring having trouble. Also, shots seem to still be evolving. Used to just be a third shot drop but now we have the third shot lob and drive as well. There still seems to be a lot of room to develop other shots and strategies. Any comment on that?

A ping pong tip I use in pickleball all the time... If someone hits a cross court dink to your backhand and it is behind you towards your back foot and it is passing you, put an extreme hard angle wrist flick on the ball and you can get many of them back in. Just be sure to flick your wrist backwards extremely aggressively.

You did a great job in that match. It helps to have a partner with a good drive to shake and bake.

Thanks Alshon. Would also like to hear more about how you communicate with your partners during matches. Do you say before each point where you are going to serve or return? When you decide to be more aggressive in the middle from the right do you discuss that before the point? During the point do you warn your partner if you made a bad shot, etc.?

The paddle is dope. I went right for the 12.7mm. It took a few weeks to get used to it but put aways are breeze. Love the extended handle and grip circumference of4.25.

That wasn't a scuffle, but you should not have put your hands on him if you weren't sincerely wishing him a good game. Chirping is fine, but when you start touching someone while doing it, things can escalate or be taken the wrong way pretty quickly.
