You will be able to get a printable copy soon @ justcookwithjudy.com White rice flour is the best option for this type of cake because of the technique used in baking the cake. However you can add small portions of tapioca or potato starch to the rice flour instead of corn starch.
When I was a girl we ate Orange Chiffon Cake from a Los Angeles bakery called Van de Kamps...Yours sounds similar minus the orange ....It must be mandatory esp w/ children to bake w/o added chemicals that are in commercial products (industrialized fake food) including the awful, Natural Flavors that isn't natural at all....Thank you so much for responding!@@simplygoodfood
