Why does Microsoft rotate and recycle devs/contractors after 18 months followed by 6 months off to avoid having to pay out employee benefits to them, since that was a major contributing factor as to why Forza Motorsport's development suffered so much?

This makes me want to abandon anything Microsoft... but unfortunately they have some good games. Atleast we understand now why Forza sucks so much. Forza doesn't have that feeling of caring dev's, they just keep pushing along the script of this "live service"

It's sad to see Forza Motorsport fall... I'm very disappointed with the reboot despite the improvements with each update. I miss a career mode and other features that were removed from the Xbox 360. Forza Motorsport 4 was the peak of the series, today the game is a shadow of that time...

Ive used drawing tablets for drawing and sculpting but went back to a mouse because I'm too lazy to keep swinging my arm across the screen.

I feel this so much. I try to stay out of conversations about drawing tablets 😅 I have one, but it’s been sitting new in box for almost 3 years now and I still don’t know if I even want to make that switch.

Same reason I got into pixel art when I had no tablet and even now I find myself often putting the tablet away bc there’s something cathartic about doing each pixel w a click. If you’re willing to create there’s a way :D
