It's open to the public to walk around the building from 6-6 and they usually allow you to take pictures but the real fun is inside the buildings and there I one security truck which you can see on google maps so if you do research and plan your trip you should be able to find away inside if you want but its legal to walk around the buildings from 6am-6pm hope I helped

We broke in there last night! Walked inside this huge building and there was this lone wheelchair just sitting in the hallway. Sooo creepy!!
