What did you use to plug into the back of that header and did it go in tight or did you have to silicone it in or what What size is that not the elbow but the piece going in the header box

I changed mine today. I got the same truck. All I had to do is twist out the bulb going through where you said you would hit that core support. I didn't have to Loosen ANY screws. You just have to turn the bulb counter clockwise and pull it out at an angle and you will not hit that "Core support." But hey whatever works, right?

Man I have the same and I run buckets through mine and it kicks ass for what you can throw at it!

Smooth build you may want to add a power control between the power and pump to limit output they are cheap about 10.00 or less and work great to control the flow.

How much angle/drop do u set yours up at?

What I do is just remove the battery and you have enough space to take out the bulb with out taking out the whole head off
