Hello. No offical update yet...something with the county has to be cleared before we can move forward. The estimate still remains Nov/Dec for closing/completion. I'll be doing another full video on this building first week of May. Thanks for watching.. stay tuned.

Arthur- good information and I really appreciate your reply, but I should have been more specific. I was looking for details on ducting out of the appliances to the outside. I am concerned about eventual dryer vent clogging (lint buildup) and ease of servicing. does the vent go up and out to closest exterior wall or? and of course the microwave is just going to disperse internally but the window is close by.

It's about time! 4th floor coming soon. We are closing bldg 9 tomorrow..they are ramping up building 10 and i see a ton of material in front of 11 so they should keep pushing through the next couple of phases...stay tuned and tell your friends to ask arthur if they are interested in owning in paradise

Simple answer...i dont know. It is a process...one building at a time ...kinda. The overall project is built in phases. If you zoom even further out we have other communities..wellen park, Ave Maria, babcock national..etc all with the same style of Terraces that are being built in similar timelines...So one big company moving materials and manpower as need. Rest assured all will be done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Thanks for watching and commenting stay tuned. My best guess for 11 is last week of May.. (if everything goes perfectly from this stage on..) I'll keep you posted here.

Noted. I'll try and slow it down. Not bad for a quick cell phone video... and no execuse but the home doesn't come with light fixtures so that hurts the quality of lighting in the bedrooms, den and living areas. Each room is wired and braced for lighting but then just capped off

My pleasure. Seems like alot of starts and stops with this building. The blocks for the walls on the 2nd floor are here on site so at some point they'll start putting the walls up. I am estimating late spring/early summer 2024...I'll continue to post updates as we move along. I'm unsure why the progress has paused. Building 10 just had the 4th floor block complete so hopefully they will get going on the 2nd level of 11
