In this film, the Ninja Turtles, April O'Neil, and Casey Jones discover that two other turtles were mutated and live in two different parts of the world. The turtles set out on an adventure to find them and reunite their extended family. Meanwhile, the Shredder is scheming new ways to destroy the turtles, again. Can the turtles find their long lost brothers? Will their new brothers want to come back to New York with the others? Can the turtles stop the Shredder, or can he have a change of heart?
