    I'm off Wellbutrin now as it felt like I was getting a tolerance/immunity to it. On Vyvanse now but it makes me have no energy and my head is so thick the whole time I don't want to do anything. Feels like you have not slept for 24 hours... Was told you can not use Welbutrin and Vyvanse together..??

    Hello, I read your comment thread about, "meeting the social standards for your age and still feeling miserable". It was a crowd there so didn't want to comment in that thread. I read your conversation or texts with other people and the way you articulated your words was amazing, fabulous even. It gave the impression that you were able to state your own opinion while keeping a level neutrality. Then I read your words, "open minded individual capable of reason" (may not be word to word but yeah). That cleared your conversational skills for me. I don't know if that's how you are able to communicate in real life too including voice, emotions, etc. I wanted to ask how do you do this? You don't compromise on your point of view and are confident in your perspective while showing respect for the other person through your words. You also didn't reply to all the comments there so did you ignore some intentionally or they slipped your mind? It piqued my curiosity as I was typing this. Btw, Pray for your well being.

    Wellbutrion it shows might also block the release of dopamine so it blocks the release of dopamine and also blocks the rendering useless of excess dopamine. Weird but not fully verified in its various degrees yet

    Ive been prescribed vyvanse recently but I used to abuse it hella when my friend gave me any (slowed down a LOT since I got prescribed and realized it’s something I actually need) and I’ve also taken Wellbutrin before (recreationally and got it from the same friend as the vyvanse before I got prescribed if) and Wellbutrin ALWAYS made me paranoid and irritable no matter what. It make sense though I guess cause it’s the same drug category as bath salts like Flakka, Mephedrone 3-MMC, etc which are all substituted cathinones aka face eating drugs if you read the news. Wellbutrin is EXTREMELY different tho, don’t know how, but it’s basically a less delirious and psychotic version of other cathinones that’s safer and wayyyyyess intense when it comes to the high. When pharmaceuticals say it’s “non stimulating” it’s a straight lie. It’s a CATHINONE so obviously it’s going to be a STIMULANT, doesn’t matter the dose. Honestly when I take this drug I hate it but I ALWAYS crave it for a couple weeks after. Amphetamines and it’s derivatives definitely feel 😢 definitely the better but I find cathinones are wayyy more addictive than amphetamines even though they offer Less of a high😊

      While I can't condone taking these medications for a high or craving, if you are taking any medication, it's better to speak to a psychiatrist. A primary care physician knows what these medications do but they don't always know how they do what they do. A psychiatrist is much better suited to give you the best combination of medications while taking into account how they interact with each other. Also, H2O is water and the water molecule obviously looks extremely similar to the molecular structure of H2O2. However, just because something has a similar structure or appearance of similar chemistry, it's effect is completely different. So different in fact, it can't even be considered to be in the same ball park. H2O is our lifeline and we should be drinking a ton of it a day. H2O2 on the other hand is extremely toxic to touch, breathe and even taste. Swallowing a tiny bit of it will kill you. I never liked it much when people compared my Adderall to meth because one is an amphetamine and the other is methamphetamine. So because they both have amphetamine in the name, people assume it must be the same or close. That's rarely the case. Please be safe and never chase the high because it'll chase you and catch up to you first in a way you can't come back from. As far as Wellbutrin, it's often used to get people to drop their addictions so I'm not sure if it was the root of your craving. Taking to much of it can cause irrepitable neurological damage such as causing seizures for the rest of your life. Again, be safe friend 🙏

    • @minddrift7152
      @minddrift7152 Рік тому

      Hello Deborah 😊 I wish I could create an update but time management is definitely NOT my strong suit 😅 But I'd be happy to tell you! Vyvanse and Wellbutrin are the 2 medications I am still on as well as pantoprazole (an acid reflux reducer). I can happily say that I have been on this combination for almost, if not over 3 years now. Every day is the same. No roller coaster of emotions. No "some days it feels like this while other days it feels like that". Every day I am on this combination, my head is in the same place. While not nearly as productive and "powered up" as Adderall, consistency was what I was after. Adderall was absolutely a rollercoaster for me. And it would mess up my priorities. I often felt like Adderall would take control of me. I used to call myself "Evan 2.0". Or "I'll let the other Evan deal with that." But I didn't really like that after a while. On this combo, I'm me, I'm control. The acid reflux reducer I believe takes a large role. But I have serious acid reflux. Regardless, lowering the production of acid in my stomach seems to make my medication work better, longer. I definitely feel when my medication has "run out". Brain fog sets in. If asked a typical question like "what's your birthday" I would freeze. But it's not all rainbow and sunshine obviously. I don't eat as healthy as I should. I don't exercise the way I should. I don't get outside as much as I should. I don't keep up with my vitamin intake like I should or my water intake. It's like adding nitro to a car that you never give tune-ups to. (If that makes sense). So while I operate very well, I know from experience that when I take care of myself, my medication works that much better. Because ultimately, our medication uses what it has to work with. I hope everything is going well for you. Ask me if you have any specific questions. I'm always around! Oh and thanks for watching 😁

    Not sure if you covered this, but did you have inattentive ADHD or Hyper? I have Inattentive type, been on adderall and noticed my dosage I've been wanting to increase, however i was just put on wellbutrin due to depression (also currently getting therapy). 4 days on Wellbutrin and I feel like it's holding back my energy with the adderrall maybe it's the first stages, my brain feels cloudy. as to where adderall i could at least focus for the most part. I totally agree with you on when you get up that's strenious it can kick in the medication, even the adderall. I could be working from home and get tired but if I start to move and walk around it's like it brings it in, that's something that a lot of people probably don't know. Great video

      I have inattentive ADHD. When I was younger, there was a lot of hyperactivity added to it but now that I'm "approaching 30" as my Doctor so kindly puts it...I'm always exhausted, clouded mind, literally just feeling dead until I take my medication. As I've said before, Wellbutrin takes nearly 2 months to really start working. (At least it did for me). Now, I can be in a slump, and go to work, slowly getting happier and goofy and I'm like "man I'm in a great mood?!". Then I remember that an hour prior I took my Wellbutrin. Lol Adderall destroyed me. I defended the living hell out of it for so long but I don't think I had ever been so irritated, angry and defensive in my life until I started taking Adderall. On top of that, I would hate myself even more after diving into some pointless project for hours upon hours because the Adderall made me hyper focus but ultimately waste a crap ton of my time. Now, with Vyvanse and Wellbutrin, I can honestly say that I am no where near as productive as I was on Adderall but I am in control. There is no irritation or anger. I really feel like I am in control of myself. If I get sucked into a project, I can snap out of it much easier.

      @@minddrift7152 Hello, thank you for the great response, I truly appreciate it- no one knows i'm on medication other than my doctor so this is helpful. I agree with you on the Adderall, I remember taking it months ago and thinking it was the perfect place for me, all my answers were solved, however it must be the honeymoon phase because the problem is, is now I have been increasing the dose to get the same affect, it's not doing it. I think at first it was giving me such motivation and was almost giving me a lot of positive energy that I thought it was making me smarter and curing my depression. I realized now that though it does help at times, my depression is slowly getting worse- hence why i got therapy once and for all. However, I do feel like giving Vyvanse a try. I did start Wellbutrin but I recently broke out in rashes and hives and think it could have been the Wellbutrin, my doctor told me to stop. I'm not sure if he'll prescribe me Vyvanse. However, the energy from adderall is what I need because I can be so unmotivated but the more adderall I take the more I can't focus...

  • @tommylang5785
    @tommylang5785 2 роки тому

    Use common sense because that particular combination works miracles but nobody realizes wellbutrin increases the concentration of adderall in your bloodstream so if anything don't be so quick to judge it wrongly like it's dangerous, it's imperative to cut your usual dose of adderall in half if u mix it with wellbutrin because you will eventually figure it out on your own that the combination is beautiful but cut back on the adderall and then give a second chance before u decide to permanently give up on the two altogether, wellbutrin doesn't effect serotonin that negligebly so it all comes down to trial and error so whatever you do just reduce addys dose & try, try again before u give up on the two in sync. Wellbutrin has significantly decreased my tolerance to adderall so I've been able to be on it for five years without building up a noticable tolerance & I haven't used more than ten mg. adderall twice a day with wellbutrin sustained release twice a day

    I'm about to start Adderall! Currently on Wellbutrin which was ok for my moods but needed that extra push to do more and have more energy with adhd. Good to see your experience because there's this stigma with Adderall because of dumb kids abusing it to study or get high.

    • @minddrift7152
      @minddrift7152 2 роки тому

      I'm grateful you watched my video and I hope you enjoyed it. While you are correct about the stigma on Adderall due to abuse, I have to admit that my views since this video have changed drastically. I was on Adderall and Wellbutrin for roughly one and a half years I don't think it was quite 2 years. Halfway through I ended up dropping Wellbutrin because I had a really bad pain in my upper stomach that forced me to go to the hospital. I still don't know what that was about. I had assumed it was the Wellbutrin but a new psychiatrist had encouraged me to stay on it. He was also baffled by the prescription my old psychiatrist had prescribed of Adderall. I experienced a lot of mood swings. I experienced a lot of fits of rage. I'm not a violent person and I'm grateful for that, but I can get loud and words can hurt. It wasn't who I wanted to be. There were times where I was able to accomplish my goals but it came at a great cost. About 2 and 1/2 years ago, my new psychiatrist swapped me over to Vyvanse. Basically the same chemical as adderall but it's not as harsh and requires your body to digest it for it to take effect. the chemical change that occurs after it's digested is what activates it. Whereas Adderall on the other hand is already active so it will take effect no matter how you get it in your body. I have to tell you that for the past two and a half years I have been consistent. No more mood swings, no more fits of rage, I am the person I've always wanted to be. The hunger thing is still a challenge sometimes but nowhere near as bad as it was before. My wife make sure that I eat and I have the willpower to pull my mind off of any task that is meaningless. It's helped a lot. I will say that I require a ton of discipline in order to keep myself on track. Like with these videos. I wanted to keep everyone updated. Since I couldn't find information of this combination I had decided to become the guinea pig to help myself as well as hopefully other people out there. I succeeded with this video but not with any other. There's a lot of things going on in my life but I hope that very soon I'll be able to start making videos again. The only thing I wanted to tell you is that while Adderall may actually work for you, if you start to notice mood swings or fits of rage, or any other symptom that turns you into someone you don't want to be, just know that there is another option and for me that was Vyvanse. I still have the energy, I still have the sharp mind focus, I still have the upbeatness. But I don't have any of the harsher effects. Just keep that in mind for me.
