My experience with this dash cam was not good, at all. I hardwired it to my car and it worked fine for a few months, then suddenly it would randomly cycle on and off until I physically powered it off. Reformatting the Vantrue memory card didn't work and neither did resetting the camera itself. I reached out to Vantrue and they had me update the firmware, which didn't fix it. Vantrue then asked me to send them a video of the issue, so I did, even they were stumped so they decided to send me a new one. Instead of hard wiring the new one I decided to use the cigarette lighter option instead, just in case, I even bought a new Vantrue memory card, and guess what? The camera did the EXACT same thing, except it happened a lot quicker, maybe a few weeks. I didn't even bother reaching out to Vantrue again. I tossed that camera in the trash where it belonged. Piece. Of. Crap!

infinity modulus 12" sub here.. if only it were that simple! checked mine top to bottom with a strong magnifier and flash light... no bad solder joints... mine developed a loud hum when powered on and a nasty thump when swithing in the crossover on and off...still works but the hum has made it almost unuseable

I just want to add the reason this broke for me is I slapped the fuel door shut which caused the little nub on the bottom of the plastic flapper to snap off. Don't slap or smack your fuel door shut like me otherwise you will be fixing it again lol.

Very misleading due to all the missing steps. You can easily get your hand on the switch as shown in the video but there is no way you just reached up, grabbed it, and slipped it out!

The Akai GX 747 dbx was the top of the consumer line. There was the GX 747, then the dbx. Good find but will need a major restoration. All new capacitors, transistors, 2 tiny belts, cleaning, lubrication if needed, calibration. Good find.

Remove the deck for crying out loud. 3 simple points of attachment and the cable....It's so much easier to remove and replace the drive belt

You put the gasket in the wrong place it should have sat at the bottom of the steel plate not above it.

Friend i need some help. I got a water in oil in the propeller chamber[lower boot] on the same engine as yours 4hp 4t 2007. What can be the cause,can it come from the gasket under the small water impeller?
