@jackieEFFEX If I mix 6NN Dark Intense Blonde with 5NN Light Intense Brown would this make the final brown color a little lighter? I have hair matching your blonde at the beginning of this video and I am trying to go brown but not too dark. Should I mix them in an attempt to reach an in-between brown or should I stick with 1 color?

It looks more classy red than blonde. I think it suits you much better. You look more mature and classy and it’s warm into your face. You look more attractive.

i am glad ive watched this video as i was gunna put 40 developer on my roots ahaha jist to get ash lighter brown but glad there is youtube 😂

Just a little tip, using a NUA (kenra) works really well for canceling out hot roots or any warmth anywhere. It has a little bit of green and blue to cancel out orange and reds. Whatever level you are lifted too, just make sure you buy that level. There are many videos on how to do a seamless root tap or root smudge And even color melts. Just so that it's blended really nicely ,especially if you want to do a color melt. You could always have your root color and then you're all over toner. So you would do your roots, and make sure you're combing it through. But when you use the comb, make sure the teeth are pointing upwards toward the ceiling, so you don't drag the color down. Then after a few minutes , grab your toner for your mids and ends, apply starting at the bottom (ends)and work your way up to where the root toner stops, then grab your finger and rub the mids and ends formula up into the root formula. But don't bring it all the way up to the root, Just where the color stops, so that they merge together creating a seamless blend. You will have a really nice color melt. root smudge : I suggest sectioning into four sections. Pick one section at the back, and start to apply the toner All over the perimeter and outline of your hairline all the way around. (So from the top, to the ear, to the neck) then Go to the top of the head ,where your top of your section is,pull a small vertical section, flip it over to the front of your hair and do your roots. And then repeat grab another section vertically and pull it toward the front of your head and reapply at the roots till you get all the way to the bottom of your head. You can drag the toner down as much as you want It all depends on how much of a root you really want. I suggest an inch.. once that side is done do the other side of the back. Then repeat the same thing for the front of your hair. That way you'll have a seamless blend and you won't have any harsh lines. You can also add a toner for your mids and ends and follow what I said When I was talking about color melting. Just a tip because I've had to learn the hard way.

I used the product but found it works the best if you use the shampoo and oil that comes with it. The more you used the silkier it becomes. I let the mask sit for 20 minutes. The shampoo for 2 minutes.

Do not apply bleach with fingers!! Invest in a bleach brush in order to get full thickness even coverage and not have patchy results! Good experiment to try with the same brand cream bleach products in order to get good comparison. (Not peroxide) But so many people need to see you do not need 40 vol to go black to blonde especially on previous bleached hair, or bleaching over and over with 40vol as it will kill or turn your hair gummy then fall out. In another video you did with toner, a lot of people do not understand that if you use more than 10vol with a toner, you are in fact coloring your hair….not toning your hair. You can use as little as 2.5vol with toners. Do not use over 10vol with toner. There are reasons why hair stylists get paid and you are at the salon a few hours! They went to school to learn how to do this profession. Then they work in a salon learning/being taught more before they go out on their own. People who do bleaching/coloring at home do not usually understand the color wheel or basic chemistry. For instance if you want to see how harsh bleach is, pour some in a cup, then go outside and find a bird feather with the pointy quill on it intact. Place the feather in the bleach. Come back in 15 min and there will be NO sign of a feather. It will eat it completely away. Unless you want to end up with gummy hair that falls completely off your head, you should use your well earned money and time to go to a salon and let the stylist make you as beautiful as you are;) This experiment is a great idea to show people what each bleach strength does to your hair. Please use very thin sections and apply with a bleach brush in order to get even saturation! It’s obvious as soon as the bleach is applied that you will have patchy results bc there is more bleach in one part of the hair and less in another part of the hair. I do like that you are doing this on dark hair bc so many people think bc they are dark headed they must use 40vol….and sometimes over and over in the same day or two. Then they cry when their hair falls out. There is a good reason that going from black to blonde needs to take months unless you want very damaged hair. The hair needs a long time to recover between bleaching.

You just saved my hair! I used LB02 preference loreal hair dye and had brassy roots. I just picked up 8N generic shades eq from Sally’s and this worked like a charm! Thank you! 😘

THAT BLONDE IS WAY TO LIGHT , DOESNT GO WITH YOUR DARK HAIR ,DOES NT LOOK GOOD. YOU NEED A DARKER BLONDE.

Don’t go brunette just frame your face and root tap so you don’t have to dye so much hair and growth doesn’t look as bad so quickly 😊 looks beautiful
