Another great book is Command And Control by Eric Schlosser. It covers the development of the atomic bomb, aong with a number of near catastrophic accidents that were only averted by the selfless sacrifice of a few remarkable individuals. This book was recommended to me by a former airman who served in a minuteman launch facility in South Dakota. If you ever get the chance to visit the minuteman museum at the Badlands exit in SD, it's a GREAT opportunity to learn a lot about nuclear weapons, how we handle them, and the role they play today.

Finally, somebody put unbearable Weight of Massive Talent on their list. This is #2 on my best movie list of 2022.

Great video!

Looper is definitely the film that put me on to Rian Johnson. That moment where we see the "reveal" of the Rainmaker still gives me chills to this day. This was pretty enjoyable, and Janelle Monae knocked it out of the park! I do think there are aspects here that work somewhat better in the first film, and vice-versa. There's no topping that twist with Marta upchucking the truth all over Ransom at the end of the first film, though. 😭😭😭

Thanks Cam ...I will take a look at these movies. I loved Wakanda Forever, although it was a little long, to me.

RRR missing

Not as good as Knives Out IMO. I liked the dark lighting of the original. Kate Hudson and Kathryn Hahn have great roles. Great dialog.

Might be helpful to listen to or read "The Making of the Atomic Bomb" and do a review then after the movie comes out. That book is incredible and goes in depth into all of the people involved in the creation of the bomb. I'm super excited for this movie after reading that book. The people involved in the creation of the bomb were extremely complex, moral, fearful, brave and intelligent people. And the events taking place in history at that time were unprecedented and a huge influence on the bomb program. So I'm hoping that Nolan covers a lot of that in the film and doesn't just paint Oppy as a ringleader or focus exclusively on him. So I'm nervously excited about this movie.

Really high quality video, this channel is going somewhere.

The visuals and 3D were spectacular but this film had more heart than the first one. I actually really liked the characters, especially their kids and got invested in the story. An improvement for me and I really enjoyed watching it.
