I posted some videos of my warm engine startup crank. Let me know what you think about it. I still think the fuel pump is beginning to fail

When I add a full bottle of Chevron Techron fuel cleaner and a half tank of gas, my car starts up right away when engine is cold, hot, or warm. But without the the Chevron Techron cleaner my car has long cranking startup when the engine is warm after sitting parked for about an hour. At cold startup or hot startup, the engine cranks up right away. Why do you think Chevron Techron cleaner helps the startup when engine is warm after sitting only an hour? Fuel pump is failing? Or starter is failing?

My Scion xD cranks long when it is warm. But at cold startup or hot startup, it cranks right away. If I drive for a few minutes, stop and park for about 1 hour, the engine is warm still and has long crank like in your video but it does startup. Is that a bad fuel pump? Or is it a bad starter?

just fixed this myselt, 170k had Cylinder 1 misfire changed coil and spark plug all was good

I have P0 300 on a G37s sedan seems to only happen when the weather gets really cold. I’ve done spark plugs and replace three coil packs on cylinder 1 where I am getting the misfire

Where did you get the part from?

My wifes Toyota avalon got flooded and I cannot crank manually the engine its hydralocked or; seized. After vacuming out all the water with a shop vack out the spark plug ports the crank began to rotate. Then my buddy crank started. Water burped out the intak ports. The the engine siezed again. I got lube settin in on the pistons through the spark plug ports. If saturdat results the engine still being sieved I need to swap the engine.

@ventura Auto tech you mess the strom other side from cable and it comes 12 V but you change the the other side with no cable on the Top,its correct ?? I have the Problem that co 12 v coming to the green/black cable, so i look FUse is ok Relai is full ok -its in back trunk of the car left side SAM rear Nr4 20A is the fus and Relai is A black one 20A, what is the Problem cable or the connection to the SAM or the SAM is deffekt,but when sam deffect why only Pump line ?

Thank you. 2004 Lexus LS430, with lots of shudder or vibration when braking. I changed front brakes, and that helped a little, but only removed the vibration in the steering wheel. I learned when the vibration is felt all over the car, its probably the rear brake rotors. Your video walked me through it, and I was able to complete the rear brakes in minimal amount of time. The car is braking nice and smooth now.

Hey man thanks for the video it’s nice to know the rear piston doesn’t screw in because of the drum e brakes, easy to do probably don’t have to take off the caliper I don’t for my Taco. I just pry against the rotor too but I have a brake piston pry tool for bicycles that works better than a screwdriver with no sharp edges
