There are times, many times when my heart literally ACHES to find that undenying faith in God. I BELIEVE in God. As I always have. But, my mind cannot seem to wrap itself around the belief that God has time for all of us. That God will BE there when we need Him the most. As I question the insane slaughter of the Palestinians (including now 14,000 children!), I find myself aching for the answer when I ask "Where IS God for these people?" I remember this same question being asked during the Holocaust. Where was God? Many answered that God was in those who risked their own lives to help the Jews. I just can't understand how the Jews today can continue to rain horror and atrocities upon the Palestinians. I think my faith Jim..needs a LOT of work!
