I hear a lot of people say that making food at home is either too hard or too expensive. Newsflash, its neither of those. Today I'm hitting the supermarket to make burgers and fries for less than $5 per serving. It's cheaper, healthier and not difficult. I'm going to break down everything from the price to cooking the burgers. Intro: 0:00 Shopping For Ingredients: 2:16 Price Per Serving: 5:33 P...

Unrelated but I don't see many people that do gear reviews of any kind ever repping Carnifex merch. Hell yeah that is what's up Diseased And The Poisoned is a legacy ripper. Also the VS265 was the Amp I learned guitar on as it was my dad's amp, underrated in some respects but is limited overall. Regardless good demo.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I wish I was deaf with a hearing aid.
@@tsholofelomakete5587 hahahahahahahahaha you funny gape hahahaha
BTW if the little bar bothers you so much just cut it off with a dremel tool or a hack saw....the pedal is cheap enough that if you found you had made a mistake...you could just buy another one....Also if you really wanted to, you can also cut down half of the little toggle switch length (especially if you found your favorite tone mode anyway (most folks would find and have a favorite selection there too.....and you can still switch the smaller (trimmed) toggle switch if need be. All in all the "little bar" you HATE is NOT a deal breaker
For what it is...the thing sounds huge......and out performs many $200 high gain pedals
The tone is literally a 5150 with a green tube screamer in front through a v30 loaded 4x12 cabinet. That’s it
Dude this was effing gnarly 🤘🏻
This video was worth watching. Keep it up my dude good job!
Dude, the VS100 was nearly $650 in 1998! That would be $1200 in 2024…not a budget amp by any means 😂 If you can purchase a working unit for $200 now, that is a good deal…
I wasn't really a believer in racks until I tried one. They take up WAY less floor space than tripod stands, which is a must for the indoor gigs I play with a drumshield. Something I'd absolutely have no room for on most stages if I wasn't using a rack. They are quite a pain to set up, and tear down though unless your vehicle/trailer/however you transport your gear has enough space. I refuse to use tripod stands anymore, it feels like taking a step backwards.
You could make anything sound like shit
I play drop A with 10-56 hybrid sets and I’ve done it reasonable with 10-46 😂 this is awesome
The guy you're talking about didn't play that valve state amp they were the first original one from 91 to 96
Coming from Olas video of this pedal and then reading the comments, i can definitely say you did something wrong because it sounded horrible.
Ok

Getting better Johnny tsunami
if you combine this with a trem a phaser and delay ... i have a track i recorded ten years ago . you can hear it coming in at the 1:07 point . i actually tracked over it with a regular dirty guitar so the effect part is more of an accent , but i used this effect . it was super cool a lot of fun but this is a tricky effect . it comes inthe boss multi effects and you can pair it up with other stuff and do trick parts . not a beginer or metal pedal , exactly like you said . now i am further into this track and yes i used it for a lead solo bit at the 2:45 second point ( that solo uses a revers eeffect as well as the slow attack which is also similar to a reverse so its like double reverse sound - its a very cool patch i used for this song - i was proud of this one years ago when i made it , completely forgot about this ! that entire solo uses the slow gear effect is what boss called it . electro harmonix makes a more expensive and much more advanced version of this effect and that one is called the attack decay it does a simulation of reverse too . check it out and thanks for the informative video pal ua-cam.com/video/PQ3DAwHUwQM/v-deo.htmlsi=ZzJL_M1N1_GhKmhI&t=151
Gotta agree that this wasn't very close. Missing a lot of bass and mids from both tones. I've found decent results for a TAS-style tone with the Neural DSP Granophyre, but even that doesn't quite nail it.
Thank you so much for putting the song times w link in the description! I'm loving this shit keep it comming 🤘🤘
Taylor Danley's doorway to metal was my tortured life destiny. i am remember trying Rivera with K100's and now the granophyre and DV77 and VM65 sound similar, with the thick low mid and the full spectrum, except now the cones do not wash out. i was the guitarist between chris and mick. i got gang raped, drugged, and sabotaged where i could not hold the guitar for months and i am just told them to go ahead and leave on the tour bus after they offered to take me to the hospital on it, i am just said i don't want this crap following us and everyone blame it on me, They each made their first million that first year of touring. And my gran and family all watched tv where they proceeded to show up on some late show where i had just got done explaining to them about the band and some of what happened. Yes demonic contracts were offered in blood on parchment paper as a scroll. Everytime i am tried to read the writings they would get mad and begin more torture. They said they would kill my entire family if i told about what was going on. the members began dying, i began speaking about it on other's youtube videos. then 2014 rolled around after years of testimony, i was then beheaded in a government facility helen ross mcnabb centers in knoxville tennessee. while i was being hauled back and forth to torture and recovery and systematic methodical antichrist actions against my personal being = i am one of 144,000 beheaded and mine two witnesses for the testimony and eye witness testimony of the christ and the life of jesus as well as my own life and how all things beccame possible through the word and in the power of the christ within you. It shall ripen and you must defend yourselves from the antichrist and antichrists for there are many. i am is the way the truth and the life, that whomsoever believe on i am, have everlasting life. i am and where i am the kingdom IS also. i am and i am is not a man. i am is with you always. Also use these words = Who what where when how why accuser? Get behind me accuser, the truth is not found in thee. Workers of iniquity shall depart from me. And recite the ten commandments to each other as well as the enemy that it shall protect you. When saying them understand this = You shall not lay in wait to murder. It does not say you shall not kill as the lie told to you has stated. Although it better for you not to harm an ant or fly. Know therefore also the commandments do not command against you, they command for YOUR protection, not conviction nor for your payment in turn. The ten commandments command them against your enemies. Speak the word to cause all things possible to come to fruition and manifest. Do these things and OVER COME THE ENEMY! The accuser and the imposter. Know that you shall not see god in the flesh wittingly, you shall see god in the holy spirit. Do not be decieved by an angel of light or beings that could make you think that they are god. For you shall know god by the holy spirit and you shall not worship any image or being in the world. You shall only see god in the holy spirit and you know where that is in prayer. For do you not remember traveling with god? You shall remind god of all the promises to you. Bless god holy holy holy god. And know god sent the holy spirit born by mary to be jesus and show how to use the christ. And the disciples also used the christ and the word of all things possible through god. And the disciples taught, and now YOU shall teach. Defend your christ power and authority from the antichrist by using the word. The accuser is not supposed to have any authority to take it or harm you to impede it. You shall use your tongues like a flaming sword of the word and devour all from within whom try to harm you with that word. You feel force keeping you from saying it and the restance of it, then come rushing forth with the word and smash the enemy like a tidal wave of liquid fire sealing into their hearts the words that they shall mean you not any harm again ever.
I do disagree with you here and there but I understand this pedal is a hit or miss because of its size and the fact that it's pretty much a pigeon-hole pedal when it comes to usage or possibilities. I own one of those little ones. That being said, thanks for your insights and keep up the good work.
I have one and this pedal is highly under rated! People have a tendency to just use it for thrash type rhythm playing, but it also has the capability of playing some awesome lead solos! It's just a matter of getting the right setting and pairing it up with a good delay pedal. I use it whenever a ton of gain is required and in that area it kills! As far as noise it's best to pair it up with a stand alone noise reduction. I never use the on board noise reduction, instead I defer to my Decimator. I don't know why any guitarist that plays metal would not have a noise reducer on his board.
Sorry dude, not even close.
The background music while you are talking is extremely distracting.
Nice kicking.
I'd love one of these wonderful if they made a 50w head ??
They did make a combo amp version

I completely agree. Don't interrupt them. I admire your thinking.

Huge respect brother, completely understand; we better do a restaurant vlog at some point man
Thanks brother. Absolutely dude anytime!
The high gain sounds awesome!
Thanks for the demo. Still undecided if I'm going to get this, but definitely feeling more informed.
One thing to be into your art in its raw form. Honourable for sure. However, every professional recording artist has their music processed after tracks are laid.
A rack is good for studios or very well-paying shows. Because of the extra time and weight involved. Also, labor fees for drum tech or stagehands to assemble the rack at each show. Stands are much better for small venues and low-paying shows. Needs, wants, how much are the performers getting paid.
Seriously? You don't know what the bar is for? No offense but IMHO . . . you shouldn't be doing product demos anyway.
If I cared about your opinions, I would have taken the video down. I'm sorry I never used a pedal with a little bar on it, I use better pedals and don't step on my pedals like a maniac. Take a look at all my other demos before you comment and non ironically use IMHO. ✌️
I thought you made it sound great
I bought one anyway, but I'm just a drummer...
Aren’t they 24 3/4 scale?
Yes
You can't just max out all the knobs on a pedal and try its three settings and call it garbage. I've known very few distortions to sound good maxed out on all knobs. Horrible review
All knobs were not maxed out. I dialed in what I thought sounded best and it's not the greatest pedal in my opinion. Thanks for your input
Your a waist of time
Thx for work you put in this review ;)
great job dude!
This pedal is actually very good and offers many sounds. I have mine with a Fortin 33 in front and it's tighter and harder distortion than I've ever created. I absolutely agree with those saying you NEED a good clean tone and I have a Blackstar studio 20 with a great tube clean sound. I have a few overdrive and distortion pedals on my board, but this with the 33 is an incredible sound.
I'm pretty sure any distortion pedal sounds good with a Fortin 33. The 33 is an expensive EQ boost designed for metal, of course it tightens up any sound. I remember screwing around with the pedal before I picked up the camera, and just being so disappointed that I made the video and returned it. Again I really don't care if you or anyone else likes, you like what you like, but I didn't like it and people don't seem to get that and try to convince me it's the BEST thing they ever used on their board and unless I see a video made by them to back up the claim, I doubt it. Cheap gear can be good, I made videos on a lot of cheap gear, this was not one of the good ones in my opinion.
@@lifeofleo7 Whatever floats your boat. I certainly wasn't trying to get you to like the pedal, I was only stating that it didn't deserve to be torn up in the video as a complete piece of crap. Because it is not. And yes, you did tear the pedal up. Rewatch the video to jog your memory if you disagree. And I have to say that the 33 is an amazing pedal, however it won't turn a turd into a diamond. Trust me, I know. Anyway, like whatever you want and dislike whatever you want. It's only an opinion.
@@joecharpentier6636 I don't think calling it decent, not great and not worth $50 is tearing it up.
@@lifeofleo7 Also what exactly is a "beginners" pedal? I'm confused at this term. And to lay credence to the other viewers that said the clean channel makes a big difference, it does. I don't know why you would say once the pedal is on, the cleanliness of the channel doesn't matter. That sounds like a "beginner" statement.
This is one of the most uninspired pedals I have ever played. Obviously its target audience is people who listened to one Periphery song and liked the djent memes and have no knowledge of the pedal world. Save your $50 and invest in a more inspired pedal, that is not this one. I have a demo on my channel LeoLicc if you want to hear how it sounds.
you look like daron malakian but if he tuned below c
you're playing it wrong tho
@@tfwnoyandere how is it wrong?
the chug and the open note are the same note and the chug is the bottom two strings but i didn't pay attention enough to know if you were playing one or two
I got mine last year for $150. I talked the girl down from the $200 she originally wanted. Had to drive 100 miles round trio, but it was worth it.
Cool review 🤘🏻 and you are a good Drummer too 💪🏻
Thanks so much
Have you got the footswitch for this
No unfortunately
great video bro. have u tried white lithium grease on your stiff clamps?
just got both of these on PC, can't wait to try them out. Gameplay style looks kinda similar to Red Orchestra 2
They are great! I highly recommend unlocking the frame rate and turning on motion blur and depth of view. It makes the game feel and look great!
I like your analysis of the game. They're going to launch it in epic game free, of course I'm going to give it a try. I have seen many analyzes of the game in question and they are not pleasant, mostly because they do not like Aim assist, they are badly used to the game doing all the player's work for them. Thank you very much, greetings from Argentina
Thank you so much! I'm glad you liked it. I have seen similar reviews to what you watched and the complaints are the lack of aim assist, like you said, the slower gameplay and more bare bones mechanics. I love how this game feels and I prefer it more than Battlefield 1 (and I really like BF1). It's a more realistic and gritty game. Thanks!
Sick video!
Thanks Dude!
