@@16bitsorhigher Snapdragon 6 gen 1. All the other specs of the tablet are basically the same. The reason I went for the Snapdragon version is because that chip supports Wi-Fi 6e, which should show, albeit tiny, some gains in game streaming over the g99's wifi 5. Sadly, since ordering, I learned that alldocube only went with wifi 5 even though the chip is capable of 6/6e. I don't know much about how radios are installed in a system, but I thought they were baked into the SOC. So I'm not sure if 6e is something that might come to fruition with a future OTA update, but I'm not going to hold my breath.

@sergestar4536 oh it’s really a good tablet even if you don’t use it for gaming. It’s capable of doing a lot of stuff. It outperforms the Galaxy Tab A8 and the Lenovo Tab M8 (4th Gen). I tried those tablets before and I ended up returning them. The ALLDOCUBE is less expensive and a lot better. Samsung just came out with the Galaxy Tab A9 which has the same CPU and GPU as the ALLDOCUBE but in my opinion, it will probably be loaded with tons of bloatware like Samsung usually does. It is around the same price but the ALLDOCUBE has been gaining popularity so I’ve actually seen it go up in price.

I thought it was a nice decoration but I will keep it in mind for the next videos.

I didn’t press any hotkeys. It looks like I’m doing that because I was holding the phone from moving to the left because I was using one hand to raise the volume. And I was using one hand because I was recording with the other hand. Lol!

I believe you can use any controller that’s Bluetooth capable. I have tried a PS4 controller, an 8Bitdo controller and I also connected a USB Nintendo Switch controller with a USB A to USB C adapter and it worked perfectly well. I did have to remap the controllers on some systems but they worked. So I think there’s a good probability that any Bluetooth controller will work.

@@budgetking2591 that’s what makes this device such a great emulator. The price compared to all the phenomenal features. But it’s pretty fragile so you need to take care of it.

@@Ni5ei The black one runs EmuELEC and the R36S runs ArkOS. I thought at first that it would be compatible so I did try to insert the Micro SD card from the R36S into the so called “Clone” and the power light didn’t even light up. As a matter of fact after I removed the ArkOS card from the clone and re inserted the original card, the unit didn’t want to turn on. I thought I had bricked the clone but I removed the card and inserted a couple of times and it worked again. So the answer to your question is: the clone is not compatible with ArkOS.

@@ajoel624 Unfortunately the tethering doesn’t work from an iPhone. I tried with an iPhone 11 Pro Max and a 12 Pro Max and neither one of them worked. The only phone that I was able to use for tethering was an older Samsung Galaxy S10 that I had laying around. Now, the adapter that I recommend in the video worked for my device but I’ve heard that it may not work for newer devices because they keep on changing parts on the R36S. I know that it doesn’t work on the new clones that are coming out because I ordered another one and I got one that comes loaded with EmuELEC and the WiFi adapter didn’t work with it. So please be careful when you order. I would send a message to the store you are getting it from and confirm that the one you are getting does indeed come loaded with ArkOS. The Boyhom and Factory Direct stores are supposed to be selling the legit devices and not EmuELEC devices.

@@16bitsorhigher realistically the WiFi is only really needed for the update. I want them to create a link cable type tether for pokemon. All the other emulation is cool, but realistically a handheld like this is made for that kind of tethering.

@@ajoel624 On an R36S that fully works, you would need the WiFi for updates, for downloading themes, downloading ports and downloading artwork. I know it would be nice to connect two R36S to transfer Pokemon but I think there is a way to do it. If I’m not mistaken, Russ from Retro Game Corps shows a way to connect two emulators together for that purpose but I don’t remember which devices he uses. It might work on the R36S as well. I will look into that.

@@xGusth I understand completely what you are saying. The R36S is a copy of the RG353V and also a copy of the RGB20. But the reason why people call the new devices “clones” is because the clones are exactly 1:1 copies. The only thing that sets them apart is the operating system they are using and some parts that differ from the ones on the original R36S. If you place an R36S next to an RG353V or an RGB20 they don’t look exactly identical. The two on my video do. But I understand completely what you are saying. Another user also brought up the fact that this device is based on open source so anybody could make a copy with whatever operating system they choose. When you visit a store in AliExpress and they offer this device, they are not specifically telling you that it runs on ArkOS. They mention a “Linux” system which it’s true for both ArkOS and EmuELEC. So what I would recommend is to send the seller a question asking which version they are selling. I decided to keep both because they perform pretty much the same way when it comes to just playing games.

@@randomname_tqrk I totally agree with that’s why I have always been hesitant to call the other devices clones but everybody calls them like that so you might say I’m just appealing to the masses. Lol!

Both were ordered from AliExpress. The real one or purple one came from Boyhom store and the clone or black one came from ProQueen Store. The good thing about Amazon is that if you get the clone and you decide not to keep it, you will get a full refund. With AliExpress you don’t know. Edited: I actually got the purple one from a store called “Cutesliving Store” in AliExpress. I got my devices confused. I got something else from Boyhom.

I'm getting a black one from Boyhom next week so I will compare it to the one in this video to see if it looks more like the purple one you have.

@@Ni5ei I actually got the purple one from the “Cutesliving Store” in AliExpress. Back in March of this year. But I’ve heard Boyhom does sell the original R36S devices. The black one I got from “Pro Queen Store” in AliExpress.

@@raay411 Yes. That is what I actually wanted to get. I want to see if I can maybe tinker with it and get it to work but it is gonna be hard. The only thing that I can use on it is the terminal app because if I plug the device to a router directly through an ethernet to USB C adapter it will connect to the internet so I might be able to run scripts on it to install drivers or other apps. I still have to find out if there are any out there first.

@@cjjorge6636 it is the king of cheap handhelds. My point is that if you are going to buy one, why not order those two devices for an extra $2 to $3 dollars if you don’t have an Android phone. Because in my case the wired tethering did not work with any of my iPhones. It only worked when I connected it to a Samsung Galaxy S10.

@@uncleben1586 you should buy the R36S. My point is that it’s a good idea to spend an extra $2 to $3 to get the extra adapters when you order it. They come in handy.

@@Vinicius-jz8so I know how to make the change from D-Pad to Analog on PPSSPP. When you are in a game, press the “M” button to get into the menu. Click on “Settings”. Go to and click on “Controls”. Move to the right and go to and click “Control Mapping”. On the next screen, scroll down on the center section until you get to “Axis swap” and move to “+” sign and click it. Then choose a button that’s hardly used. I used the “L2” button. Once you choose it and it appears in the box on the right just click the “B” button until you get to the main menu and click continue. You just assigned the “L2” button as a hot key to swap the Analog controls to D-pad and viceversa when you press it.

If you open up the Drastic Menu, click “Change Options”, on Configure Options screen scroll all the way down to “Speed Overide” and change by pressing right or left on D-Pad until it shows “none”. See if that helps. Mine is set to none and it runs at normal speed.

@@16bitsorhigher oh interesting but that changes all time speed, i have assigned on the FN key the Fast forward, so when i press Fn i enable and disable the x5 speed, i'm ttrying to search if i can lower to x2 or x3. ty for fast answer

@@carlosarman1365 oh if it’s fast forward. On the same “Configure Options” screen scroll to “Fast Forward” and select no.

@@carlosarman1365I’m sorry I was driving and I didn’t read the whole thing. So you just want to lower the speed not remove it. I think that the fastest the better but you gotta point.

@@carlosarman1365Ok, so you got me testing this feature and it looks like if I enable “Fast Forward”, the speed of the game is always fast. I can’t stop it with any button that I press. The only way to turn it off is too go back into the Drastic Menu and disable it again. If I enable “Fast Forward” and I try changing the speed with “Speed Overide” nothing happens. I looked at the whole menu and I can’t find anything that would change the speed of the “Fast Forward” feature. If you find out, I would love to know. Thank you.

@@Coolripps the video was edited to cut the time of the total video but the load times are not bad at all. The Saturn core on the iPhone works way better than the one that RetroArch uses on Android. That’s why on Android I did have Yaba Sanshiro installed. And yes! Croc is amazing and I think I will play it again!

@@MrsWiccan I honestly haven’t tried because I don’t use them but I will try to figure it out and let you know.

I checked my Miyoo Mini and cheats are already loaded. To be honest with you. I didn’t do anything to enable them. When I choose the menu with the select button and action button and go down to configure cheats, the cheats are already there and which ever one I choose works right away. They must have been added automatically when I did the last update.
