Are you using an ST7735 or ST7735R LCD? These two models have inverted colors.
If you're using the ST7735R, modify the "adafruit_st7735.py" file by updating the init_sequence in _INIT_SEQUENCE as follows: init_sequence = _INIT_SEQUENCE # if bgr: # init_sequence += ( # b"\x36\x01\xC0" # _MADCTL Default rotation plus BGR encoding # ) # else: init_sequence += ( b"\x36\x01\xC8" # _MADCTL Default rotation plus RGB encoding )

Does it home every time you power up?
Yes, I save the position in memory every time there's a change. When powered on again, it first moves to the original point, then goes to the saved position.

It’s interesting. Can CircuitPython utilize all 512 mb of RAM? Did you measure power consumption of this board with CP?
I haven't found the time to test it thoroughly yet. I'll do the testing and provide the results later. However, the upcoming 2-3 projects I'm working on will still focus on energy efficiency.
