how can you make that steel useable? if you wearing gloves because it will corrode then this material is unusable for application where it comes in contact with your fingers like for example wrenches

bro...tried to reverse engineer that drone the whole weekend and now i've just seen several structures that were not present in the generative design at 0:14 but present in the actual drone at 0:16...I was tying to tinker with the cad to get what you have and didn't know why it wasn't yielding the same things as yours you should have done a tutorial on it :)) regardless.... next weekend I am on your design again. you can't run forever

Interesting and clearly explained video. Thank you. One thought - While removing the part from the build chamber, is there not an exposure to powder? It would be nice if there was an automatic transfer of the part to the post process chamber through hydraulics/pneumatic actuators. Otherwise the colour coding of the levers and that of the powder boxes are very thoughtful as is the automatic sieving system.

This isn't SLS, it's LPBF. Sintering processes require a furnace operation to fully bind the sintered particles. Laser melting creates a fully homogeneous melt pool.

Does this problem persist with titanium powder? Water would just be such a great removal medium for hard-to-reach places on parts, but I haven’t found straight answers on that topic.. is there something I have missed?

Netfabb Premium / Netfabb Ultimate are not the correct software to use for an ender. I would recommend Fusion 360 to generate support structures and slice your models for your ender printer.

With SLS, why couldn't you just use the recovered powder mixed with new powder for other prints, until you've used all the recovered powder up? Surely you can just store it for a time and mix it with virgin powder to avoid waste? I appreciate you will have issues if you continually re use old.
