Easy fall watercolour Chnaging Leaves card
If you love the look of watercolour, but not the mess, or the work, this card is for you. Stampin' Write markers by Stampin' Up! and a bit of water makes a stunning background, perfect for an impactful stamp like this maple leaf.

I found a very inexpensive collapsible bowl on Amazon for cleaning make up brushes. It has 4 different patterns of nubbies. I squirt a little dish soap in it, rinse my brushes and scrub away the ink. I get as much of the water off the brushes as possible with a paper towel, then air dry. I leave mine for a good two days.

Never thought to colour that dsp.
I love colouring papers with lots of white space. So easy to make an impact.
The rules are in the description of the video for those that need a refresher.
And, as everything in my craft room- rules are very loose lol. I have a feeling this could become a very interesting series.

Hello latte.
That's very pretty, Andrea! So, now I know to watch more (all?) of your Scrap Attack videos, as I'm a hoarder; I have a very hard time throwing out scraps - who knows, perhaps I can still use this sliver of Basic Black. Question: when I want different colors on one stamp, i.e. flower petals and leaves, I was taught to huff on the stamp to re-moisten the ink because it dries so fast. would this technique work when applied to "marker" ink? Or to our Blends? LOVE that stamp set! When a new catalog arrives, I always look through it quite rapidly, to go over it in detail later, which is when I flag whannahaves. When I saw that bird the 1st time, my hands got all itchy!
Thanks for watching! It is hard to get rid of scraps- you never know when you'll need a small piece (even to test colours!). When you colour on the stamps with the Stampin' Write (water-based) markers, to should give a quick huff of air just to reactivate the ink. The blends are only intended to colour on paper- do not apply them to stamps. The ink dries too quickly to stamp, and it will ruin the stamps as well.
Never thought to make a liner for an envelope myself, using left over DSP. What a great tip, thank you so much
I don't usually make them, either, but my stash of 6x6" paper seems to be growing by the second! Great way to add a little pop of colour to the envelope.

great idea! I did that just today with a card that had multiple layers-it gave me a couple extra cut out pieces of both cardstock and dsp.
