Lol...you're joking, right? 10-3 this year (a record State has never had), a new record in the FBS with only five turnovers this season, and 2-0 in Bowl play. Other than the last two years, Southern has had a winning season in the FBS since entering in 2014 (and the coach that was the reason for all the loses rightfully got fired in the middle of last season). In the same time, State has had one winning season and it was barely a winning season at that. Southern also won the Sunbelt title outright the first year in the Conference (one of only a few schools to do that). Also, Southern held State to 0 through three quarters and allowed only two touchdowns during garbage time during the fourth quarter this year. Maybe State should go back to the FCS instead? Or maybe not because they didn't do very well in that division either... #Southernnotstate

All we have to do is review the financial state of the cow campus program. This conversation will come to a quick end. All that spending on Sun Belt footbal to still fail to win the conference. At your convenience, review the fiscal state of programs across the Sun Belt Conference, specifically compensation of coaches. There is a reason there is a carousel of coaches at the cow campus...at Mudville. GSC is #broke. That is a real sign of the health of a program, not going 1-3 in a football game that doesn't matter (Sun Belt Conference football programs aren't making money - look it up yourself). The money maker is men's basketball. We know where the conversation for men's basketball begins and ends in the Sun Belt. #StateNotSouthern

@@sarabeth120 We can all understand why anyone with softball interests at GSC would be "sensitive" about Georgia State. Considering what GSU has done to the feeble hopes and dreams of all those affiliated with GSC Lady Eagles softball. 😂😂😂 GSC softball might have a chance if the GSC Athletics program wasn't dumping everything into the losing monetary proposition known as GSC Football. 😂 The GSC Football senior class went 1-3 against GSU including the worst home loss in school history followed by a loss to GSU with an Interim Head Coach 🤦🏾‍♂️. I guess it is lollipops and recess time for muddin' for everyone on the cow campus. 🙄

@@garrickrespress Um.. we won the Conference outright our first year. State has come no where close to winning the Conference title. I wrote that in my reply which you obviously didn't read. I never played softball at Southern, so try again with your lame attempts at insulting me. Only those who have no faith in their opinion resort to personal attacks on their opponent.

@@garrickrespress We whooped you this last year... 34 to 14 and that's all that matters to me. Eagle Nation was so loud that State players couldn't communicate well... lol. At least we have fans at our games regardless of our record. Plus, we don't have to bribe anyone to come either. At least Southern didn't have to buy and poorly remodel a baseball stadium for a football field. No way State can afford all of the repairs Turner Field needs with their mediocre football money.

@@kipparham379 Um... Georgia Southern is a University. You can use a 'C' all you want, but the rest of us all know that it's a University, not just a College. Also, any big rivalry game ends like this when the home team wins.

JJ Family Vacations how about now? He had SIX weeks to lead us to a bad loss to a 2-9 team. We hired a 2-4 special teams coach that only beat two of the worst teams in football and both fired their coaches....we are now losing recruits..

Yeah, i'm not thrilled with our situation. I'll reserve my judgement until the end of next season, then we will really know where we stand.

rng325 no the fuck we aren't are you high?! Chads the number one recruiter for our team, he's been number one for a while. And recruits were crying for him to become HC. Stop bitching and realize he had to coach the same players with the same SHIT, absolutely DOG SHIT TS coordinators. He's already began cleaning house and bringing in better coaches too.
